Ordering
There are two payment options for ordering online for your convenience Google Checkout and Direct Bank Transfer:

Google Checkout (Debit and credit cards) - UK & International orders. (buyer’s credit card billing and shipping addresses must be the same)

We accept Direct Bank Transfers. Direct Bank transfer can take up to 3 days to clear before goods are shipped. Direct cash payment into any Barclays Bank clear immediately resulting in faster shipment. We accept Postal Orders from Royal Mail Post Offices from United Kingdom residents only.
In Stock Units are delivered within 3 days or next day delivery (UK customers only) where possible. Custom units take 5-8 weeks for delivery. Merchandise can only be delivered to the credit card billing address given during the payment transaction process. The delivery address for Google Checkout must be the same as your credit or debit card billing address.
Our currency is Great British Pounds (GBP) use the select currency on the left for the conversion rates in USD, Euros and other currencies.

Our shop in London is open 5 days a week. We provide a professional lace front wig attachment service for £ 50.00 GBP which is available at our London store by appointment only for customers who purchase our wigs. View the lace front application catergory for more information.
Delivery
We ship & despatch packages on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before 2 pm.
UK Royal Mail Special Delivery if ordered before 2 pm will be shipped on same day of purchase (Tuesday to Friday) to arrive the next day i.e. purchased on a Tuesday before 2 pm, shipped on Tuesday, will arrive on Wednesday before 1 pm. If the item is purchased after 2 pm it will be shipped on a Wednesday to arrive on Thursday before 1 pm. If an order is made on a Friday before 2 pm you will receive this order on a Monday before 1 pm.
If orders are made on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, orders will not be shipped until Tuesday for arrival on Wednesday etc. Special delivery is a guaranteed service which means it will arrive the day after it has been shipped not ordered, we still require time to process all orders. We do not offer Saturday deliveries. The above applies for UK deliveries only, international deliveries take considerably longer (Europe 4-7 working days & US, Worldwide approximately 7-10 working days) and do not account for time packages are spent in international customs.

CLFWigs operate anti-fraud precautions and we will make every effort to find and prosecute fraudsters who abuse our online shopping system. Credit card orders over a certain amount may require additional security involving the request for further scanned information. Enroll on the
